Tasting note
Color: Bright straw yellow color with distinct garnet reflections. Rich and intense foam with a fine perlage. Nose: Very intense and aromatic smell. Notes of white flowers, decana pear, yellow plum and a mineral trace, almost of wet stone, reminiscent of the area. Taste: An enveloping sip, juicy, full and with an incredible aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif and especially with fish, finger food and spicy dishes.
