Tasting note
Strong ruby red in the glass. On the nose, an elegant bouquet of black berries, cassis, cherry and plum, accompanied by fine roasted notes and a touch of pepper. Balanced and rich on the palate, with pleasant tannins, juicy cherries and plums and subtle oak wood. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with festive meals, lamb gigot, stews, game dishes, barbecues and hard cheeses.
