About the wine
The slate, calcareous soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Faiveley MO everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Tasting note
Deep ruby red color. The nose is very pleasant and complex with fiery and fruity aromas. This wine is powerful, elegant and elegant in taste. The tannins are present but not obtrusive. The finish is full of finesse and long-lasting.
Vinification
Cold maceration and vinification take place in wooden barrels. This wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, which occurs naturally in oak barrels. Aging in barriques for 16 to 18 months.
