The cult champagne from Moët & Chandon in pink. A bottle of “Impérial” is always a statement. Glamorous, radiant, seductive.
Tasting note
Nose: A lively, intense bouquet of red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries and cherries). Floral shades (rose). A slightly peppery note. Taste: The juicy, persistent intensity of red berries (strawberries, raspberries and red currants). The fleshy density of peach. The freshness of a subtle mint note. Dosage: 9g/lite
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, beef carpaccio, ratatouille.
Vinification
21 months of cellar maturation. Maturation for at least 3 months after disgorging.
