Nose: A lively, intense bouquet of red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries and cherries). Floral shades (rose). A slightly peppery note. Taste: The juicy, persistent intensity of red berries (strawberries, raspberries and red currants). The fleshy density of peach. The freshness of a subtle mint note. Dosage: 9g/lite
Goes well with aperitifs, beef carpaccio, ratatouille.
21 months of cellar maturation. Maturation for at least 3 months after disgorging.
