Tasting note
An elegant Chardonnay with fine aromas of yellow apple, pear and subtle citrus notes, underscored by a subtle, buttery nuance. On the palate, it is balanced with a pleasant freshness, fine minerality and a harmonious, long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled fish, poultry in creamy sauces or vegetable dishes such as asparagus or mushroom risotto. An excellent choice even with mild cheese.
Vinification
The grapes for this Chardonnay come from the best locations in the Palatinate and are carefully picked by hand. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, some of the wine matures in large wooden barrels.
