About the wine
With the dominant Shiraz 2016 — Charisma, you can offer your guests something very special. The winemaker from the South African winery Eikendal absolutely masters his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and magnificent landscape of the Breede River Valley. Tasting note
Color: Deep dark red with purple hints. Aroma: Fruity notes of blackcurrants and blueberries with a spicy aroma spectrum. Character: A full-bodied and full-bodied blend from the New World with typicities of classics from the Rhone Valley, Spain and Italy. The rich, very balanced tannin structure ensures a long, velvety finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game, grilled beef, lamb or roast game.
Vinification
Aging in oak barrels for 15 months.
