Tasting note
The fruity bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Subsequently, outstanding nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper resolutely and consciously convince your senses of taste. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 18°-20°C. Flaschenpost team is recommended for ribeye steak, gruyère burgers and pizza with mushrooms.
