About the wine
Do you already know the strong Cabernet Sauvignon Château d'Arcins Haut-Médoc AOC from the 2016 vintage? If not, it's time! The gravelly soils in Bordeaux offer the winemaker from the French winery Château d'Arcins everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is very good to serve with ribeye steak or red meat.
Tasting note
Dark crimson robe. Aromatic bouquet with notes of black fruit and mocha. On the palate, with powerful tannins, which are slightly softened by eucalyptus notes, which give it freshness and complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with traditional dishes, meats and hard cheeses.
Vinification
12 months in oak barrels.
