About the wine

Château Fleur de Lisse, formerly Château Gaillard, was founded in 1952 by Jean and Simone Petit. The vineyard area increased plot by plot over the years. In the meantime, the winery has been completely renewed, the vineyards restructured and the cellars modernized. In 2016, Patrick Teycheney, his wife and daughter Caroline bought Château Fleur de Lisse and another château in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation. The two new estates were combined with another château, which was already owned by the family. In honor of his granddaughter Jade, Patrick Teycheney has brought the 3 wineries together in “Vignobles Jade”. Château Gaillard was abandoned in this structure. From the 2020 vintage, wine will have the organic label on the label and are currently still in the transition phase.
