Tasting note
Purple color with aromas of blueberries, cassis and cedarwood.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with entrecote or even hard cheese.
Vinification
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, plus some Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wine is fermented partly in wooden barrels and partly in cement tanks and is then stored in French barriques for another 18 months.
