About the wine
The winemaker from the Greek winery Domaine Costa Lazaridi greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. With the fine Château Julia Assyrtiko from 2019, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Bright, bright yellow with subtle shades of green. Elegant bouquet with notes of chamomile, lemon blossom and flint.

Vinification
Cooling the incoming grapes at 10°C, hand harvesting, selection by hand for optimum quality, squeezing and desiccation, pressing, part of the production is cold soaked, in fermenter, tapping at a very low temperature for optimum clarity, alcoholic fermentation at 14°C -18oC to achieve primary and secondary aromas, transfer to stainless steel tanks and stir yeast.
