This distinctive Roussanne 2010 — Chateauneuf-du-Pape blanc "La Fontaine" Domaine Grand Veneur ac is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! To get a feel for the remote and pristine landscape aesthetics of the Côtes du Rhône, there is no way around this white wine, which the French winery Alain Jaume & Fils masters with a fine sense of texture. Tasting note
Intense golden yellow color. Very complex, multi-layered bouquet with notes of citrus and exotic fruits, quince and honey as well as a touch of vanilla. A voluminous start in the mouth immediately shows the wonderful structure of this wine. Creamy, yet fresh and mineral.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with white meats, mushroom sauces, truffles, foie gras and mild cheese.
