Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The soils are clayey and calcareous. Bouchard's plot is located in the top and best lot of Clos Vougeot AOC. After harvesting, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The young wine is aged in large oak barrels.
