Vinification
Eine explosive Fruchtkomposition, ein echter Wein für gesellige Momente. Die Trauben werden gepresst und entrappt. Die Gärung erfolgt mit einheimischen Hefen. Tägliche Bewegung und einmaliges Umfüllen. Reifung in Zementtanks für etwa 20 Tage, nicht geklärt. Reifung für 4 Monate in Zementtanks auf der Feinhefe.
