Tasting note
Nice garnet red robe. The nose offers a wonderful aromatic bouquet with notes of red and black fruits such as cherries and black currants, mixed with floral notes, spices and “garrigue”. Elegant on the palate with fine and silky tannins and aromas of small red fruits. The aftertaste is racy with nuances of tobacco.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, pasta, lamb, vegetarian dishes and cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are sorted and destemmed after harvesting. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 150 and 190 hl. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are partly transferred to oak barrels, partly to oak foudres and finally to stainless steel tanks, where they mature for a year.
