Tasting note
Dense blue-black color with purple reflections. The CREATION Bordeaux Blend impresses with a sumptuous bouquet of berries, cassis and blackberries, with light barrique notes. The palate harmonizes perfectly with the nose. Firm, well-integrated tannins promise good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with Gruyere burgers, pizza with mushrooms and red meat. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 3 - 10 years after harvest.
