Tasting note
Héritage Brut Tradition has a pale green-gold color and shows a fine, luscious mousse. It has a nose of yellow fruit, which includes pears, mirabelle and citrus fruits such as tangerines. Round and fruity on the palate with a very pleasant perlage that continues with a fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif or with delicious starters such as smoked salmon, goat cheese or quiche. Also ideal with seafood such as oysters and prawns or light, fresh salads.
Vinification
Pneumatic pressing. Using the first and best juice. Champenoise method. The minimum ripening period for a Crémant de Loire is 12 months. residual sugar 10 g/l.
