Tasting note
A complex crianza that embodies the ripeness of black fruits and soft spices with a touch of rosemary and clove. Its intense and tasty presence on the palate is accompanied by remarkable persistence and balance. A wine that shows the perfect balance between fruit and wood, with an elegant and long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes — whether with tagliatelle al ragù, spaghetti al lime or other creations. It goes well with soft cheese — from Camenbert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
Vinification
The Tempranillo vines come from vineyards close to the Duero River in Valladolid, one of the best areas for growing high-quality Tempranillo grapes. After careful selection, it is aged in selected American and French barriques for at least 12 months, followed by a further 12 months in the bottle before the Crianza is launched on the market.
