About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes of Trentino give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Hofstätter conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. This outstanding Riesling 2017 — De Vite Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is in the truest sense of the word a triumph down to the last drop! Tasting note
Fresh pale yellow with delicate greenish reflections. Tempting bouquet with notes of green apples with a touch of lemongrass and hints of elderflower and vanilla. Lively on the tongue, delicate, animating acidity and excellent balance thanks to its fresh character. The wine impresses with its minerality and freshness and its clear, aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
The de Vite is ideal with starters, fish and white meats.
Vinification
Immediately after delivery, the grapes are gently pressed, the must is clarified from the trubs through natural sedimentation and fermented at a controlled temperature.
