About the wine
The winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine de la Ville de Lausanne is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and beautiful countryside of Vaud. With the dominant Chasselas 2014 — Dezaley Clos des Moines Grand cru AOC, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine these chasselas with fish or cheese platters.

Tasting note
Fruit (gooseberry, pear), floral aromas (elderberry, linden blossoms), and herbal notes. This Grand Cru from the Clos des Moines single vineyard impresses on the strong, rich palate. In the long-lasting finish, minerality, content and fruit come together to form a whole.

Goes well with fish dishes, veal, vegetable casseroles, mountain cheese, alpine cheese, Emmental cheese and Gruyere.
