About the wine
The subtle red wine 2015 — Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba Sorí Costa Fiore DOCG is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Alario Claudio masters this red wine in the picturesque and blooming landscape of Piedmont. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Dolcetto is ideal for serving with mushroom risotto or white meat.
Tasting note
Deep purple to violet, wonderful cherry scent, accompanied by subtle bitter almond aromas, concentrated and dense Dolcetto with finely polished tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty dishes such as pasta, risotto and stew, but also with roast pork and grilled meats.
Vinification
15 days of fermentation at 28° C. in stainless steel tanks and twelve months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
