Dominio Fournier Cosecha DO 2019 - Dominio Fournier

The Dominio Fournier vineyards are located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero region. The vines were planted over 60 years ago, long before the DO was founded. Here, at over 800 m above sea level, gnarled old bush vines take root in the Duero alluvial terraces strewn with scree and produce Tinta del País grapes of exceptional intensity and quality. Winemaking under the watchful eye of Maria Santamaria is an artisanal affair, with limited production, low yields, craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail to produce elegant, structured and intense red wines that breathe the unique character of the Ribera del Duero.
