About the wine
We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The landscape in Catalonia is barren, whose fascinating expanses don't fit on a postcard, but in a bottle. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Marco Abella ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or pizza with mushrooms.

Tasting note
Aromas of red and black fruits with hints of flowers, cedarwood and spices. There are also the typical notes of graphite from the Llicorella slate soils. On the palate, it is soft and velvety and remains harmonious until the end. Easy to drink with good freshness and rich tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, pasta.
Vinification
The grapes from the various plots are grown separately depending on location, grape variety, soil composition and altitude. The individual vinification takes place in concrete tanks and the wine is then aged in French oak barriques for 12 months.
