The gravelly, loamy soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Gérard Julien & Fils everything he needs to practice his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Tasting note
The Échezeaux Grand Cru bouquet of mushrooms and caramel candy has a complex aroma structure and plenty of potential for enjoyment. The dominant nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla shape their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a medium-bodied body and dominant acidity, which develops its complex structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.
