Tasting note
A large Tuscan winegrowing family travels to Sicily, lands in Zisola (near Noto) an area of rare beauty, and produces this pure Petit Verdot here. Very elegant, intense, complex and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game starters, braised and aged cheeses.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: 16 months in 225 lt French oak barrels (50% new)
