Tasting note
Intense, complex on the nose, with aromas of sour cherries, blackberries, dark stone fruit, licorice, red flowers, herbs and vanilla with cocoa. Juicy, structured on the palate, with a nice drinking flow, fine tannin and a long-lasting finish.

Goes well with veal, beef, venison, pork
