About the wine

On the nose, it is reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, vanilla and has a pleasant spicy note. On the palate, it appears fruity, soft and well-structured. The aftertaste is pleasantly medium in length.

Vinification
Grapes picked and destemmed by hand are fermented at controlled temperatures. Ageing takes place between 4-6 months in used French oak barrels to avoid overly dominant roasting aromas. The wine then matures for one year
