Tasting note
In the eye: beautiful pale yellow color with old shades of gold. On the nose: rich and complex with notes of marmalade fruit, some plum, combined with cherry and blood orange. On the palate: generous drink, nice fruitiness of wine peach in syrup, orange and white cherry jam.

Goes well with marine fish such as turbot, Zurich sliced meat with rösti, asparagus risotto.
