About the wine
The wine god Bacchus must be sympathetic to Christian Hermann: He is completely satisfied with the quality of his grapes. On a total of 4.3 hectares, he grows mainly Pinot Noir, but also Chardonnay, in Fläsch, in the Bündner Herrschaft. He likes to measure himself against the standard of the flagship areas of his main grape varieties, Burgundy. Since his first vintage in 1990, he has consistently pursued two goals with his work in the vineyard and in the cellar: His wines should be strong characters, and there are no compromises when it comes to quality.

Tasting note
The bouquet of mushrooms and caramel candy cleverly plays with your sense of smell. Afterwards, refreshing nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, medium-bodied and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine shows its masterly structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal and pork dishes, poultry and Grisons specialities.
