About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Bellavista has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this sparkling wine, which originates in the enchanting and fertile landscape of Lombardy. Tasting note
The Satèn Brut shows a fine, persistent perlage and aromas of peach blossoms, citrus fruits, honey and hazelnuts. An elegant wine with a nice aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, cheese
Vinification
Bellavista sparkling wines are produced using the “traditional method”, i.e. in bottle fermentation. Some of the wine is aged in barriques for eight months. Once bottled, it stays on the yeast for at least 30 months. The cuvée will only be released for sale after four years at the earliest.
