About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the Israeli winery Golan Heights extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Cabernet Sauvignon can be served very well with red meat or Gruyère burgers.

Tasting note
The “Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon” pampers the nose delicately and finely structured with aromas of ripe cherries, plums and red berries, which are complemented by earthy nuances and notes of tobacco, black tea and French oak. The “Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon” offers a long-lasting finish and excellent storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Taste the wine with a beef steak combined with salsa verde or with a variant of lamb and poultry dishes.
Vinification
The “Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon” is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are grown in the vineyards of the cool northern Golan Heights. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
