About the wine

If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it is this outstanding Garda Rosé Brut DOC Metodo Classico sparkling wine. Beautiful and fertile landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Olivini conjures up this sparkling wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This sparkling wine is ideal to serve with pasta or beef.

Tasting note
Light rosé color, fine perlage, intense heavenly aromas of roses and honey, fresh taste, rich and full-bodied.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, perfect accompaniment to fish dishes.
Vinification
Grapes from the Riviera del Garda zone (Chiaretto). The fine perlage is produced by bottle fermentation, which took at least 36 months.
