About the wine

You can describe the landscape with such words as mountainous. However, the Austrian Weingut Leth is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! We have a special, provocative red wine from 2011 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Zweigelt with boiled beef or Wiener Schnitzel.

Tasting note
Deep dark garnet red with deep purple tones in the glass. In the nose, harbingers of blueberries and cherries. Tobacco on the palate with subtle use of wood. Complex, with rich tannins that are velvety coated.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat with hearty sauces, barbecues and game dishes as well as hard and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Aged in used and new barriques for 18 to 24 months
