About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Dominio de Valdepusa Marqués de Griñon greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this red wine 2011 — Graciano Marques de Grinon Dom. From Valdepusa DO! Tasting note
Color: Dense, opaque cherry red with a black core. Aromatics: Intense, complex scent, peonies, ripe raspberries, cassis, spicy notes, distinctive, toasted, balsamic notes, tobacco, licorice and vanilla. Body: Silky, full-bodied, very long start, strong, opulent palate, well-integrated tannins, present aromas. Quality: An ancient Spanish grape in a modern guise.

Goes well with braised lamb with olives, fried mustard lamb rack, pasta al forno.
