Tasting note
Slightly amber, with a soft, harmonious walnut bouquet. Warm and soft on the palate with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with cheese, nuts or dried fruit for dessert. Great with a cigar.

As soon as the must has reached the desired sweetness (usually within 48 hours), brandy is added to it (80% must/20% brandy).
