About the wine
The Lilbert family has been growing grapes in the region since 1746 and has been producing champagne since the beginning of 1900. Bertrand Lilbert has been managing the winery since 1998.

Tasting note
The perlage is very fine, with a persistent foam crown, great finesse on the palate, freshness, floral (linden blossom) and fruity (citrus) notes. Lively start, developing with freshness and tenderness. Fruity notes (white peach, pear, lemon, grapefruit), honey, bread crumbs. The aftertaste with a touch of fresh almonds. Good mouth length. Experts describe it as the typical Chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press, using only the first pressing. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with complete malolactic fermentation. After the precipitation has been stored, the remuage and dégorgement is carried out by hand in the deep, old limestone cellars.
