Tasting note
In the glass, the Grand Vin Du Baron De Brane is deep ruby red. On the nose, complex aromas of blackcurrants, plums and red fruits develop, accompanied by fine spicy notes, cedarwood and a touch of tobacco. On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-structured, with ripe tannins and fresh acidity. Aromas of dark berries and spices lead to a long, harmonious finish with fine oak notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb dishes, grilled beef, game and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected. After fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels, which give it its structure and complexity. The careful vinification and barrel aging ensure a perfect balance between fruit, tannins and wood.
