About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian winery Gernot Heinrich conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. You will certainly have a lot of fun with the fine Graue Freyheit, which was produced in 2016.

Tasting note
In the glass, a nice cloudy golden yellow, on the nose the harbingers of herbs paired with ripe quince and apple. On the palate, a round and herbaceous, yet fresh body. Long and precise aftertaste. Before drinking, turn the bottle upside down so that all solids are distributed.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with starters, asparagus, fish and crustaceans.
