Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and graceful countryside of Campania.

Tasting note
Shiny straw yellow with greenish reflections. Youthful, fresh and precise nose. Elegant aromas of ripe pome fruit such as apple and pear. This is accompanied by herbal and mineral nuances. Juicy and well-structured on the palate, with elegant, well-supporting acidity. Fruity and spicy, with notes of blossom honey and pears. The aftertaste is of medium length and mineral.
Culinary recommendation
With fish and poultry, grilled vegetables and mussels.
Vinification
Mastroberardino has been dedicated to the ancient Greco di Tufo grape variety since 1945. It is cultivated in Irpinia, in the Sabato Valley. After careful harvesting by hand and gentle pressing, the must is fermented and aged in steel tanks. After bottling, the wine is left to rest on the bottle for some time before it goes on sale.
