Tasting note
The “3 fries” is deep ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is dominated by aromas of blueberries, dried plums, southern spices, olives and some black tea. On the palate, the wine is balanced and fruity, with aromas of raspberries and plums, black olives, some laurel and southern spicy notes. Well-integrated acidity and velvety tannins round off the wine. An extremely accessible southern French restaurant for easy enjoyment.

Vinification
The grapes for this cuvée come from the Coteaux de Béziers (formerly called Côteaux du Libron) in Roussillon, located southwest of Montpellier on the Mediterranean Sea. The vines grow there on basalt and clay-pebble soils and the grapes benefit from ideal climatic conditions to ripen optimally. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented at cool temperatures and grown separately in steel tanks. After a few months of maturation, the assemblage takes place.
