About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Michelas greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. With this dominant Shiraz 2013 — Hermitage Terres d'Arce, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Shiraz with game or barbecue.

Tasting note
Opaque ruby red color with violet reflections. Intense wild berry aroma, which looks extremely elegant on the nose. The palate has a slightly spicy note, although the wine is extremely complex.
Culinary recommendation
With a truffle 'brouillade, a classic Tournedos Rossini or a wonderful pan of sautéed mushrooms.
Vinification
The manual harvest is carried out exclusively in small crates so that the grapes are not crushed by their own weight. Each plot is pressed separately. The entire harvest is pressed in wooden vats, half of which consists of new vats and the other half of annual vats. The wine is then aged in barriques for 12 months.
