About the wine
The dominant red wine 2016 — Humagne Rouge du Valais AOC is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. The Valais landscape is hilly and mountainous, whose fascinating expanses don't fit on a poster, but in a bottle. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Vins&Vignobles Julius SA ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. Tasting note
Color: Deep red color with a purple tinge. Aroma: Intense bouquet of small, red fruits and spices. Character: Strong and juicy on the palate with beautiful tannins. A rich and elegant wine with a robust aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb stew, beef stew, veal shank, entrecote with pepper or venison leg on a pepper sauce.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
