Tasting note
On the nose, the Humagne Rouge is characterized by aromas that make us think of spices, raisins and hay flowers. The palate shows that this Humagne Rouge is more than an average wine from Valais due to its structure and texture: It is characterized by a spicy body with substance and bite. The finish is straight, structured and sustainable.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushroom appetizers, lamb skewers, beef fillet stroganoff.

Aged in stainless steel tanks and in traditional, large oak barrels
