About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Roberto Anselmi has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and enchanting countryside of Veneto. Tasting note
Golden yellow color. On the nose, aromas of apricots, mango, papaya and candied citrus fruits. Sweet on the palate with a presence of acidity, creamy and long-lasting aromas.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with desserts, blue cheese, and spicy cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and dried in ventilated rooms until December. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels. The wine is then aged in wooden barrels for approx. 8 months.
