About the wine
A must for connoisseurs, this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 — Il Vignone IGT Supertuscan! Blooming and fertile landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery De' Ricci conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with pizza with mushrooms or red meat.

Ein vollkommener Wein, entstanden aus aromatischen und geschmacklichen Feinheiten. Im Geschmack anschmiegsam und gehaltvol, samtig im Aufbau.

Vinification
Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und sorgfältig aussortiert. Nach dem Abbeeren und dem teilweisen Quetschen der Beeren erfolgt die Fermentation in Stahltanks, bei kontrollierter Temperatur. Ausbau in Tonneaux während 18 Monaten, gefolgt von 6 Monaten Reife in der Flasche.
