If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Indret Priorat DOQ. The winemaker from the Maius Viticultors winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with mushroom pizza or Gruyère burger.

Tasting note
Dense cherry red. Elegant bouquet of ripe, red fruits, with subtle woody notes. Balsamic and mineral accents are also present. Elegant on the palate with a harmonious texture and soft tannins. A priory par excellence with a lingering aftertaste.

Goes well with Spanish dishes, red meat, stew, game dishes and more
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Matures in wood for 8 months.
