Tasting note
The Intuiçao Branco is bright golden yellow with green reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit and floral notes dominate. On the palate, the wine is extremely fresh, fruity and lively with lots of citrus fruit, juicy acidity and a refreshing finish. An uncomplicated white wine with great fun potential.

For an aperitif, with fish dishes and seafood, with light appetizers
Vinification
The grapes for this white wine come from various locations around the winery. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and carefully pressed. After static clarification, a cool fermentation takes place in stainless steel. The aging also takes place in stainless steel on the yeast. The name “Intuiçao” means intuition. The wine is intended to take the connoisseur on a journey through the young, fresh and fruity taste of Alentejo.
