On the palate, the strong character of the “Iron” with its higher extract than the other single terroir Chenin Blancs and the extremely focused acidity comes into its own. There are aromas of various citrus fruits, loquats (Nespole) and citrus peels, which contribute to the complexity of this extraordinary white wine.
