Tasting note
In the glass, Flein Vernatsch is presented in bright salmon pink. The aroma is reminiscent of strawberry jam and grated bitter almonds. The palate is dominated by notes of rose hip and rhubarb, the fruit sweetness alternates with citrus freshness and immediately makes you want the next sip!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a glass of wine and goes well with spicy, intensely flavored dishes as well as rhubarb and wild berry desserts.
Vinification
Alpine-continental climate with Mediterranean influence, 450-500 m above sea level, steep vineyards, sandy and gravel soils, rich in dolomite. Very gentle pressing with only 50% yield, stored in compliance with the cold chain, cold filled and gently pasteurized.
