Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Sicily.

Tasting note
The special aging process gives this wine a particularly sweet aroma. L'Ecru shows notes of spices as well as aromas of orange honey, dates and candied fruit. On the palate, it is very elegant and refreshing with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
Vinification
One half of the grapes dry on grids and the other on the vine. Gentle pressing and controlled fermentation.
